SHOPPING: To purchase items simply select the item you would like to purchase which adds the item to your cart. Items in the cart may be viewed at any time and edited. When you have finished making purchases follow instructions to the check out which takes you to our secure server for payment.
PRICES: All our prices are in Australian Dollars
At this time Melbourne Acupuncture offers shipping within Australia
Please Note: We don’t accept international orders.
DELIVERY:
Australian customers, please allow 1-week minimum from receipt of order and payment until your delivery date
Delivery is via Australia Post. We will do our best to fill orders promptly, but if due to any unforeseen circumstances with suppliers, there are delays, we will contact you.
For delivery of urgent orders please let us know as we may be able to help.
Unfortunately, once your order has left our premises and is in the hands of the courier we no longer have control over its delivery. In the case of late or missing order, we cannot be held responsible since items are in the hands of the courier service. Should your order be delayed by a number of days we can make inquiries to track items.
PAYMENT: We accept Paypal, Visa & Mastercard. Payments are via secure servers.
Please note that all customer details are treated with the utmost discretion. Our mail-order lists are never directed to third parties.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Notification of exchanges must be made and returned within 10 days. No claims are acknowledged after this time. Exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind. Return items must be in an unused condition.
